They felt so connected, it amplified the message of the music and immersed me in the narrative of the composition. The percussion was another standout aspect. The use of the shaker to add fills and pacing to the rhythm helped to keep the track lively and smooth while the marching drum beat provided the backbone for the rest of the song to grow around. The deep bass of the drum hits you right in the gut as a listener adding tonal separation to the light and airy sound of the melody. The guitar builds the melody, working in tandem with the vocals; it uses trills and dramatic runs to heighten the mood of the song overall.
